That is precisely why we have introduced a return and refund policy designed to ensure that your experience with us is the best there can ever be.

Our easy-to-understand return policy, which allows to return, exchange, or refund back within 30 days. For any kind of issue, like color variation, a defective item, or a not correctly received order, contact our customer service team directly. 

Return Policy
All those customers who are experiencing some problem with the order they received need to complain that there is an error of size, color, or design. We don’t want quarrel and then understand that size is one thing that could be sensitive due to differences in human body type.

Help us with this by paying attention to sizing details when placing your order. If you need any other sort of fitting, we provide customization according to the requirements. Please note that if an incorrect size is selected while ordering the item, Iconic Jacket will not accept returns. But customers may exchange the item by covering the replacement shipping fee.

Terms & Conditions Of Return Policy

1. Return, refund, and exchange terms within 30 days of purchase.
2. Tags or staples removed from the product disqualify the product from return.
3. If initiated after 30 days, returns will be declined.
4. Don’t clean your items before returning them.
5. Returns will be declined if items have been used, altered, or marked in any way.
6. Goods should not have cuts, stains, or signs of wear. The goods must be in the original, unused condition. 
7. Custom orders cannot be returned. 
8. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. 
9. Please send it back using your trackable courier and share the tracking ID with our customer service when you send a return back to us.
10. Please ensure that you send the returns to the same warehouse from where you picked up the item.

Exchange Policy
If you need an exchange because of size, color, or you receive the wrong item, email support@iconicjacket.com with a valid reason for the request for an exchange. After approval, send the item back to us, and after successful inspection, we will process the exchange in 15 working days. 

Terms & Conditions Of The Exchange Policy

• Items have to be original and unused. 
• Reason for exchange on your return form. 
• Shipping to return or exchange will be the customer’s responsibility. 
• Products with customization cannot be returned for exchanges. 

Return and Exchange Procedure

1. Contact us at the following email: support@iconicjacket.com to initiate a return or exchange. 
2. Attach pictures of your product and a valid reason for return or exchange. 
3. Customers have to bear the expenses of sending the product to us which they have planned to exchange on your own.
4. Return the article back to us by trackable courier and give us the tracking ID.
5. Upon return and sorting, we shall communicate with you via email on the status of your return or exchange. 
6. For all accepted returns, the finance department will process your refund in 3 business days from the receipt date. The credit to your account depends on your bank, which varies but might take between 5 and 14 working days. 

Refund Policy
In case you receive an order with defects or mismatches in terms of size, color, etc., or simply because the information given about you is wrong, please contact us at support@iconicjacket.com. The amount will be returned to you within 3 working days of getting the return request, and it will reach you in 5-14 business days.

Order Cancellation Policy

1. All canceled orders within 24 hours will receive a full refund.
2. Orders canceled after 24 hours incur a 30% fee.
3. If only 3 days remain before shipment, a 50% fee applies.
4. Orders with dispatch will not be canceled.

Restocking Fee
The return shipment of products plus a 10% restocking fee is charged to the client on returned products.
